These terms cover the public TravNex website and demo requests. A paid subscription is subject to the order form or agreement you sign with TravNex.
Who provides TravNex?

The website
Content on this site describes TravNex capabilities as documented by the product team. Features, APIs and plan limits can change. A demo is the place to verify what is enabled on your tenant.
Acceptable use
Do not use the demo form for spam, unlawful content, or to probe the site. Do not present placeholder testimonials or ratings from this site as independent reviews — we removed invented review scores from structured data for that reason.
Subscriptions
Public prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment terms, refunds and service levels for a live account are those in your commercial agreement. This page does not invent a refund window that is not already in that agreement.
Liability
The website is provided as general product information. TravNex is not liable for business decisions made only from marketing copy. Travel bookings you make for clients remain your commercial responsibility.
Governing notes
TravNex is documented with address country India. Detailed governing-law language belongs in the signed contract.
